  • Is a deposit required to book?
    Yes, a $400 deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your date.
  • What happens if I cancel my event?
    Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the full payment unless rescheduled. We understand that there are some things out of our control, and we will work with you on those factors.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your date.
  • Can I reschedule my event.
    Yes, deposits are non-refundable but can be credited toward rescheduling your event.
  • When is the final payment due?
    The final payment is due 14 days before the event.
  • Can prints be added later?
    Yes, up to 14 days prior to your event.
  • What is included in the unlimited printing?
    Includes high quality 4x6 or 2x6 prints with custom templates tailored to your event's theme/aesthetic. This is unlimited.
  • How much space is required for set up?
    The booth requires a minimum of 10x10 feet and access to an electrical outlet.
  • Can I customize the booth's appearance?
    Absolutely! Customizations include branded interfaces, overlays and luxury backdrops.
  • Does it include props?
    Yes, curated props are available upon request to match your event’s theme.
  • What is The Luxury Digital Booth?
    The Luxury Digital Booth offers instant digital sharing, studio-quality lighting, and customizable interfaces.
  • Is printing available?
    Printing is available as an add on/enhancement.
  • How much time is needed to set up?
    We can set up within an hour.
  • Can you set up outdoors?
    Absolutely. We just require a tent in order to protect our equipment. In cases of severe weather we reserve the right to cancel. Safety first!
  • If I book the Black & White Glam Booth, can my guests still get colored photos?
    Absolutely! Please let us know if you would like your guests to have colored and B&W photos. This can be completed in your final design form.
  • Are we able to have guests have 1 pose for the photo just like the celebrity's booths?
    Yes, you an have up to 4 photos on one 4x6 print, however we highly recommend one photo for the minimalistic look.
  • What is the best backdrop to use for The Glam Booth?
    We highly recommend using the all white backdrop. It helps with the lighting and the look.
  • What is a 360 booth?

    We need at least a 13x13 ft space to operate the booth and the lighting. Set up is quick and seamless with taking usually less than an hour.
